Terms and Conditions – United Travel UK
Welcome to United Travel UK. By booking any service with us, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These terms govern all bookings made through United Travel UK, including Hajj, Umrah, Islamic tours, and related travel packages.
Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation. They outline your rights, obligations, and our responsibilities to ensure a safe, respectful, and compliant pilgrimage journey.
By proceeding with a booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
1. General Information
United Travel UK is a registered travel and tour operator in England & Wales, specialising in Hajj, Umrah, and Islamic heritage tours.
All our services are subject to availability and governed by UK law, Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj regulations, and applicable international travel laws.
2. Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment must be made by the date specified on your invoice.
- Bookings made within 6 weeks of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other approved methods.
- United Travel UK reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not received on time.
3. Passport & Visa Requirements
- Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the departure date.
- Visa processing is subject to Saudi Arabia’s approval.
- We are not responsible for visa rejections, delays, or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete documents.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
- Any refund (if applicable) will be subject to airline, hotel, and visa provider policies, minus administrative fees.
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations.
5. Changes & Amendments
- Requests to change travel dates, names, accommodation, or services must be made in writing and may incur extra charges.
- United Travel UK is not responsible for extra costs caused by changes from airlines, hotels, or other service providers.
6. Health & Travel Requirements
- All travellers must be fit to perform Hajj/Umrah without assistance.
- You must comply with all mandatory vaccination requirements (e.g., meningitis, COVID-19).
- Travellers with pre-existing conditions must carry a medical clearance certificate.
7. Behaviour & Compliance
- Pilgrims must follow Islamic conduct and respect the laws of Saudi Arabia and the UK.
- Disruptive or unlawful behaviour may result in removal from the group without refund.
8. Travel Insurance
- You are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and lost luggage.
- United Travel UK is not liable for any loss if you travel without insurance.
9. Our Responsibility
- We act as an agent between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.).
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or events beyond our control (force majeure), including weather, political unrest, or airline strikes.
- Final decisions regarding Hajj and Umrah lie with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
10. Limitation of Liability
United Travel UK will not be liable for injury, loss, delay, or cancellation caused by:
- Natural disasters, political unrest, or government actions
- Airline delays or cancellations
- Visa rejections or delays beyond our control
11. Privacy Policy

12. Group Bookings
- Groups must appoint a group leader who will handle all communications with United Travel UK.
- Group discounts apply for 10+ passengers travelling together.
- Any changes or cancellations in group bookings must be handled via the group leader.
13. Children & Elderly Pilgrims
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Elderly pilgrims or those with health issues must travel with a companion and may be required to provide medical clearance.
- We reserve the right to decline service if a traveller poses a serious health risk to themselves or others.
14. Package Disclaimer
- All packages are based on standard inclusions listed at the time of booking.
- Packages may change due to airline policies, visa delays, hotel availability, or government regulations.
- Final travel documents will confirm exact details.
15. Acceptance of Terms
- By booking with United Travel UK, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all individuals listed on your booking and are binding once confirmed.
